1 lb. 93/7 ground beef
taco seasoning of your choice
8 taco shells
2 jalapeno peppers
1 poblano pepper
1 medium onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Here is how you make Tony's Tasty Tacos:

Makes 4 servings (2 tacos per serving)Slice peppers and onions in to strips. Set aside.Pre-heat over as instructed on the taco shell box.Brown ground beef over medium high heat. Drain. Place beef back into pan. Add 3/4 cup of water and the taco seasoning of your choice. Bring to a boil over medium heat and then simmer until liquid is almost gone. Move beef to another bowl.Place taco shells on a baking sheet and place in oven as instructed.Add olive oil and Worcestershire sauce to the pan over medium high heat. Once olive oil begins to coat the pan, add peppers and onions. Cook until onions are nearly translucent and tender.
