Here is how you make Turkey and Bean Enchilada:

Pre heat oven to 450 degrees.Brown the ground turkey in a skillet with chili powder, cheyenne pepper and oregano to taste. When turkey is cooked through, add the refried beans and heat through, then remove from heat.Spray a baking dish with non fat cooking spray and play tortilla in dish, put turkey-bean mixture in center and add half of the cheese.Mix the tomato sauce and salsa together, add a couple spoon fulls of mixture to the enchilada then fold sides over and close with toothpicks.
