In a large bowl mix crumbles, refried beans, green chile peppers, rice, cumin, and salsa.Stack 16 tortillas and begin to scooping 2 tbsp. mixture onto each and fold burrito style. Line up in a long casserole dish and pour the entire can of chile enchilada sauce over them. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until done.This makes 8 servings.
