Here is how you make Apricot Balls:

Bring to the boil apricots, orange juice and lemon juice.Simmer 10 minutes.Allow to cool.Blend to a puree.Add 1 cup coconut, vanilla wafers (Wines) and powdered (icing) sugar. to a bowl with apricot puree. Mix well.
