1 - 15 oz can Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons fresh lemon zest (approx 1/2 a lemon)
zest of the lemon you juiced
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c loosely packed fresh italian parsley leaves
Salt & pepper to taste

Place the beans, garlic, lemon juice & zest, olive oil and parsley in food processor. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped.
