Here is how you make Skinny Buffalo Bites:

Pre-heat oven to 400Cut up Chicken into slightly bigger than bite size peices. Add remaining ingredients to zip lock bag, seal and shake. Open bag, add Chicken, seal and shake until Chicken is covered. Place on cookie sheet (or 2) that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Spray the top of chicken and place in oven . Cook 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve with favorite Low Fat or Fat Free Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing and Celery sticks.Makes 12 - 4oz servings.
