Here is how you make Jimmy Carter Peanut Cake:

First layer:-mix peanuts, flour and margarine and press into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool.Second layer:- Mix together peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, Cool Whip until creamy. Spread on completely cooled crust.Third layer:- Mix together milk and pudding until thick. Spread on cream cheese layer. When pudding is set, frost with additional Cool Whip and sprinkle with a few chopped peanuts.
