Crust:You can make your own graham cracker crust, or just use a premade one from Keebler.Let the cream cheese sit out to soften.Beat it and add the other ingredients. Add the sugar slowly and then add the eggs at the end, one at a time.Bake for 45 min - 1 hour at 350.Cool for 1 hour on rack.Cool for 3 hours in refrigerator.Topping:Combine 1/2 cup light sour cream with 1/2 cup cherry pie filling syrup. Spread over the cheesecake.
