1 can fire roasted crushed tomato (Muir Glen)
1 can diced tomato
2 cans black beans (I use one can regular and 1 can w/ cumin and chili pepper spices)
1/2 red onion diced
1/2 white onion diced
5 cloves garlic (or to taste)
4 tsp cumin (or to taste)
2 tsp salt
McCormick Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning to taste


How Do I Make Vegetarian Black Bean Chili?

Here is how you make Vegetarian Black Bean Chili:

Makes approximately 6 ~1 cup servingsSpray medium pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add white and red onion and saute for 2 minutes, then add garlic. Saute until onion is soft. Add spices and mix well. Add both cans (undrained) of tomato and both cans (undrained) of black beans. Mix together well and turn heat to medium low. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
