3/4C. Onion, Chopped
3/4C. Green Pepper, chopped
3/4C. Red Pepper, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added
12 oz. V8 Hot and Spicy Tomato Juice
1/4 C. Tomato Paste
1 1/2 C. Black Beans
1 T. EVOO
Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder and crushed red pepper flake to taste.

Here is how you make Kelly's Awesome Chili:

Saute green pepper, red pepper, onion and ground turkey in 1 T. olive oil in dutch oven. When meat is no longer pink and veggies are crisp/tender, add tomatoes, black beans, V8 juice, tomato paste and spices to your taste. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down and let simmer for flavors to marry for 30 minutes on low heat.Makes 6 2 cup servings.
