This cake is yummy but probably not the healthiest but in a small proportion it isnt too bad and they are a decent portion. This recipe is a double batch so cut it in half if you want a smaller cake. If you use light ingredients and substitute sugar the calories will obviously go down and be healthier. It is a very moist cake. Goes really nice with a mint icing but that is not included.
