Here is how you make Ranger Cookies:

Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt, set aside. Mix together Sugars and butter until fluffy, add egg and vanilla: beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating until well combined. Stir in cereal and coconut. Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 8 to 10 minutes.
