Here is how you make Won Ton Crisps:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place wonton wrappers on cookie sheets in a single layer, not touching. Spray lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with herbs and/or spices. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes then pull out of oven and turn them with tongs, spray with cooking spray again and sprinkle with seasonings. Bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes and cool on a cooling rack. Makes 12 servings of 5 crisps.I have used Coarse Salt and Italian Herbs; Cumin and Chili powder with Coarse Salt; even Cinnamon and Sugar.
