Knead on floured board for several minutes, and then let rest for at least 15 minutes but no longer than 20. Then roll into 10 equal sized balls. Either press with a tortilla press or roll out to six inches. Cook on a cast iron skillet or griddle for about 30-45 seconds on medium. When it starts to bubble and has brown spots, turn and cook for another 30-45 seconds.
