Here is how you make Fat Head Pizza Crust (Jane):

1. Mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, nutritional yeast & spices in bowl and set aside. 2. Mix cream cheese and mozzarella in one minute intervals in the microwave until the cheeses are very hot and "melty". Add egg and stir briskly. 3. Add dry ingredients to egg/hot cheese mixture and stir until well blended. (you will have blotchy spots where the cheeses clump a little - this is ok) 4. Press out onto a cookie sheet that's been sprayed with cooking spray. OR - use a disposable cookie sheet from the Dollar Tree! Press the dough up around the sides making a bit of an edge. 5. Prick liberally (and evenly) with a fork all over the dough. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. The dough will look "done" and have brown spots. Take out and immediately put sauce and toppings on.
