Fill cupcake trays about ? full. Sprinkle about approximately 1 teaspoon of brown sugar on top of each muffin. Bake for approximately 15 mins (test after 12-13 depending on your oven). Use a toothpick to check to see if done. The toothpick will come out clean when done. Once muffins are completely cooled, melt the frosting for about 10 seconds in the microwave, stir and drizzle over each muffin. If not melted enough, microwave for a few more seconds.
