How Do I Make Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Fried Rice:

Spray a large non-stick cooking pan with 0-calorie spray. Scramble the egg until fully cooked and break apart the egg so that it is in little crumbles. Put aside. In the same pan, sautee the onions and mushrooms until soft. Add the chicken until chicken is cooked all the way through. Add the frozen peas and carrots, soy sauce, and onion powder. Once the frozen peas are cooked, add the cooked rice and bean sprouts and the egg. Add more soy sauce to taste if needed.
