1 can sauerkraut, well drained
2 Tbsp fat free thousand island dressing
2 tubes refrigerated pizza crust dough
16 pieces thin sliced corned beef sandwich meat
8 slices swiss cheese, halved


How Do I Make Rueben Roll-Ups?

Here is how you make Rueben Roll-Ups:

Preheat oven to 425ºDrain sauerkraut well (I use cheesecloth to squeeze out the juices)Mix in 2 Tbsp Fat Free Thousand Island dressing.Roll out each tube of pizza crust dough to a 9X12 rectangle.Cut each rectangle of dough into eight 3" X 4.5" rectanglesPlace one slice corned beef, one heaping teaspoon full of sauerkraut mix and one half slice of swiss cheese on each of the 16 small rectangles.
