6 large hardboiled eggs, chopped

Here is how you make Mom's Potato Salad:

Cook potatoes until done, drain and let cool for a few minutes. Peal the potatoes, dicing each one afterwards. Add your crumbled bacon, chopped hard boiled eggs, celery and onions to the potatoes. Next add mayonaisse, then bacon grease and pickle juice.
