1/2 avocado
2 drizzles of honey
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of almond milk, either regular or vanilla

Here is how you make Dandee Shake:

Cut the banana first throw it into the blender, followed by 2 drizzles of honey over the banana and then add your 1/4 cup of water. Then throw or cut the strawberries into the blender followed by the raspberries. Lastly add the 1/2 of the avocado, then blend until smooth! I drained the seed out, but you can keep them in, however you like your shakes.*Also you can add fresh mint, or yogurt. Depends on your preference.Serving Size:?Makes 1 1/2 cup. Good for one person
