5 tbsp. Aged Balsamic Vinegar (usually more expensive, but in this recipe, *quality* is key)
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Thoroughly wash each mushroom and pop out the stem. Place each cap - gill-side up - in a 2"-deep baking dish.In a small bowl, mix together the bruschetta mix and the Parmesan cheese (reserving 2 Tbsp for later).Using a teaspoon, fill each mushroom cap. Drizzle Balsamic vinegar over each cap, then sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over each cap. Bake at 350-degrees for 20-25 minutes.
