Pan brown the two packages of turkey together in large saute pan. Cook rice according to package directions. Add rice to the saute pan with turkey/onion mixture. Add 2 cans campbells tomatoe soup, a quarter cup of water and handful of baby spinach. Saute and mix. Add cheddar cheese and mexican spices including pepper and ground cumin.Rinse, cut tops off bell peppers, and remove seeds from tops and inside of peppers. Stuff each pepper with meat mixture.
