Here is how you make Coconut Flapjacks:

Melt the butter, brown sugar and maple syrup in a small saucepan over a gentle heat - do not allow to boil! mix the oats, coconut and flour in a bowl and add the melted ingredients. Stir well and transfer into a buttered swiss roll tin.pat the mixute down so it is evenly spread and bake for 20mins on a medium temperature of about 180c.remove after 20 minutes and use a knife to mark out 16 pieces, once cooled cut using the marked lines. You can replace to coconut with any chopped nuts, dried fruits or chocolate chips if you like.
