Here is how you make Low-Cal Hummus:

Make sure you have a good blender or big food processor for this recipe. Put everything in the blender but the water. Turn on the blender and gradually add the water until the hummus is the consistency you want it. I like it a little looser than peanut butter. It takes a little practice to find out how you like it. Traditional hummus adds olive oil instead of water to thin the paste, but I can't really tell the difference. Serve with whole wheat crackers, celery and carrot chips.
