1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 Tbsp water
3 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp lime rind, grated
1/2 cup lime juice
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup English cucumber, chopped
1 cups tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 green onion, chopped

Here is how you make Easy Layered Salad:

Makes 8 servings:Combine couscous and 1 1/2 cup boiling water - let stand 5 minutes, fluff with fork and add lentils, cilantro and salt. Put in bottom of large glass bowl.Layer over couscous - carrots, radishes, cauliflower, celery, red pepper.Combine as a dressing: oil, chili powder, 1 1/2 Tbsp water, sugar, lime rind, lime juice and 3/4 tsp salt.
