Boil pasta as directed on box, drain and rinse with cold water to cool. While pasta is boiling, clean and slice scallions using as much of the green tops as desired and prepare Italian dressing as directed on package using the less oil method, set aside.Add pasta to bowl, then add tomatoes, pepperoni and onions.
