Put Penne on to boil. Rinse can of black beans in large colander. Add frozen corn on top of beans. Drain cooked Penne over the bean, corn mix. Mix and let cool while you add all of the produce and lime juice in a large bowl When pasta is luke warm add to vegetables, add cheese and salsa and mix. Let chill before serving.
