Boil and cool potatoes. (Must be completly cool). Chop eggwhites, celery, onions, dill pickles and mix into cooled potatoes. In seperate bowl, mix sugar and vinegar until disolved. Mix in mustard. Then add Mayo. Mixture will be soupy. Pour into potato's, stir gently.
