Here is how you make Vegan Caesar Dressing:

In a food processor combine all the ingredients together. Blend and to taste, with the salt and black pepper. Once combined, place in a jar of your choosing and store. I like to let it sit overnight to have the flavors combine well and serve with salads the next day. To serve, spoon over greens and croutons and toss to combine. Add more vegan parmesan as needed.Pairs great with salads and/or marinades. This dressing will keep for several days stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
