3 tablespoons balsamic or white wine vinegar
¼ cup canola oil

1 medium head of cabbage coarsely shredded

¼-½ cup finely chopped onion (I use Vidalia when I can get it)
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Here is how you make Blue Cheese Slaw:

Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, oil, salt and cayenne pepper. In another bowl mix together chopped cabbage, carrot, onion and parsley. Pour dressing over cabbage and mix touroughly. Stir in blue cheese and black pepper to taste.Cover and chill until ready to serve.
