Here is how you make Sesame Brown Rice and Chicken Salad:

Cook brown rice according to instructions on package and cool. When cool, add chicken, scallions, cabbage, carrots and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together canola oil, sesame oil, salt, lime juice and garlic powder. Pour over chicken and rice mixture and refrigerate until ready to eat. Just before serving add almonds.
