Here is how you make Lowfat Curry Dressing:

Add the water and corn starch to a 1 quart sauce pan, and whisk until lumps are gone. Over a medium heat keep whisking until the mixture comes to a low boil. Keep whisking during the low boil for one minute. Set aside and let cool.Add the remaining ingredients to a jar, and shake until all the spices are well blended.
