Here is how you make Keto Low Carb Rosemary-garlic Croutons:

Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment.Combine seeds, flour, rosemary, baking powder and salt to a small bowl stirring with spoon to combined, set aside. In large bowl add eggs, oil, garlic whisk together. Slowly add dry to wet ingredients mixing well until smooth. Drop dough on to prepared cookie sheet, spread with back of spatula to 1/2 inch thick ( No need to have dough hit sides) Place cookie sheet in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden. Remove and cut into cubes. For crispier croutons remove parchment and leave cubes on cookie sheet then turn off oven letting it cool down completely. Use right away or transfer to paper bag which can be left on counter for 2-3 days or transfer to freezer bag and put in freezer. Take out as any as you need. toss with a little olive oil and bake for a few minutes to warm up and make toasty again.
