1 cup water
1/2 to 1 whole bunch parsley, chopped small
1 tsp salt
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
2 medium tomatoes
2 small cucumbers
1 cup feta cheese, cut up into small dice size cubes


How Do I Make Greek Tabouli?

Here is how you make Greek Tabouli:

1 - Boil water and add honey. (Sugar can be substituted)2 - Put bulgur in nonmetallic (one with lid or lid substitute) and pour boiling water on top. Make sure the water measurement is exact or the bulgur will turn out mushy. Mix and place lid on top. Leave for 15 minutes. Do not lift lid or steam will escape. After 15 minutes lift lid and stir. Let cool on counter top of for a short time in the refrigerator. 3 - Chop parsley (remove stems). Start with half a bunch and add more if desired.
