1. Cut the sausage lengthwise into quarters. Slice into 1/4-in. pieces. In a large skillet, cook leek, red pepper and garlic in hot oil until leek is tender. Stir in sausage and chicken broth. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Add spinach. Cook, stirring frequently until spinach is just wilted. Remove from heat.2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
