Called for garlic salt but I use whole fresh garlic, I also add cilantro.The recipe called for 2 cups cooked rice but I do not like to add it to the recipe but serve it on the side in case someone does not want rice.This calls for Draining and reserving the juice from a can of Bush's Black beans, I drain and rinse the beans but add water in place of the bean juice

1/2 tsp Thyme
3 cloves Garlic, chopped or minced
2 TBS Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce or your brand of hot pepper sauce.

2 cups hot cooked rice OPTIONAL!
