2 T Splenda Brown Sugar
3T Canola Oil
3T Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 packet Oriental seasoning from Ramen soup (too much salt if you use the entire packet!)

Here is how you make Rainbow Cole-Slaw:

Make the dressing in a small jar or container with lid; shake until well mixed - sugar dissolved. Put in fridge. Crush ramen noodles and mix with rainbow salad and sunflower seeds. pour dressing over salad, mixing as you go for even coverage. Makes four servings. This is great with cooked chicken mixed in for a full meal! Note: calculation is based on full packet of ramen seasoning but I use less than half to severely cut salt intake, the flavor is just as good.
