Here is how you make Turkey Swedish meatballs:

Saute dices onions until starting to soften. Add chopped garlic and celery until soft. Let cool for a few minutes. Mix turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, onion mixture, allspice and salt and pepper and roll into balls 1/8 cup. Add stock to pan and bring to a boil. Slowly drop meatballs into stock, cover reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes. Remove meatballs with a slotted spoon and add cream cheese to stock until melted and slightly thickened.
