Add the onions, red pepper flakes, paprika, Worcestershire, hot sauce, egg white, flour, salt and pepper (I put everything except the beans in a food processor but don't over process or it gets soupy!). Mix processed ingredients in with the beans with a wooden spoon. Form into 4 patties and arrange on a platter. Saute patties over medium-high heat, add the oil. Sear patties for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until they have a nice crust. Let the patties cool and then make your burger however you like!
