Add all ingredients in the order listed to a mixing bowl of a stand mixer. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated then mix on medium speed for 3 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes or until roughly doubled in size. Punch down and divide. Form into 2 loaves and place in greased pans. Cover again and let rise 30 - 40 minutes.
