Here is how you make Jen's Burgers:

With hands crumble ground beef into a large bowl. Add the chopped onion, crushed crackers, garlic and seasonings to taste. Mix well. In seperate bowl whisk the egg, milk, and worcheshire sauce then add to meat mixture and mix well. When all ingredients are mixed well form into patties.
