1.Preheat oven to 240°C (470°F). 2.Mix together oil, garlic salt and pepper in a large bowl. 3.Add peppers and mix. Arrange on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and roast in oven until peppers are blackened, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap to build humidity around peppers.
