Here is how you make Lo-Carb Chicken Salad:

I used chicken breasts that I baked on low (325 for 45 min) in chicken broth and dried onions. Shred cooled chicken. Add chopped celery, celery seed, chopped green onion(just the white part) and nuts. Combine the Splenda, vinegar, then mix in the mayo. Add mayo mix to chicken mix. If you like more sauce you can double those 3 sauce ingredients.
