1/2 C Pecan Meal (ground pecans)


How Do I Make Oatmeal Patties?

Here is how you make Oatmeal Patties:

Preheat oven to 375. Pour 2 cups of water into saucepan, and add soy sauce, olive oil, honey, Italian seasoning, Onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir and bring to a boil. Slowly pour in whole oats and instant oats, and mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently to keep from sticking. Stir in TVP and Pecan meal. Let mixture cool a bit before making patties. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray (may need 2) and using ice cream scoop, scoop onto sheet and form patties. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
