Here is how you make Lonnie's spring rolls:

Cook rice stick noodles. Cut carrots into strips ( I grate mine). Wash lettuce leaves. Cut red pepper into strips or chop. Wet rice paper and add lettuce leaves, basil, red pepper, carrot and rice noodles into center of rice paper. Fold bottom up to cover vegetables. Fold sides in and roll the rice paper with the vegetables up to the top of the rice paper.
