Here is how you make Grilled Veggie Stuffed Pita:

Cut peppers into strips. Cut mushrooms into pieces, and cut zucchini into thin slices. Heat olive oil and margarine on medium high in non-stick skillet. Add kosher salt and pepper to veggies to your taste. When skillet is hot, add veggies and saute until tender. While that is cooking, open pita pockets. When veggies are ready, stuff each pita full. You can either put the stuffed pitas back in the skillet after the veggies are out or use a griddle with a little spray of Pam to toast up the sides of the sandwich.
