Toast the almonds in a dry pan over medium heat until oils are released and they just begin to turn light brown. Remove from pan and set aside.Add olive oil to pan over medium heat. Add onions and sautee/carmalize until translucent. Slice Turkey Bacon into 1/2 inch slices, add to onions. Stir occasionally just until bacon begins to brown.**Add Green Beans and mix gently until they are heated through.Add Dry Sherry Wine, stir to mix. Cover pan and let the Sherry steam the green beans until just al dente'. You want a bit of crunch.*If your beans are bitter to taste, then you can blanche them first by adding them to a pot of boiling water, stir for 2 mintues them immediatley remove and add to an ice bath to stop the blanching process.
