1 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 Of any kind of onion
3 cloves of garlic(crushed)
1 can of Diced tomatoes (any kind)
1 can or 16 oz of black beans
1 cup frozen corn
1 Tbsp of Fresh Cilantro
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste


How Do I Make Sauted Black Bean and Corn Salsa?

Here is how you make Sauted Black Bean and Corn Salsa:

Saute Garlic and Onion in olive oil on High heat. When the onion have started to brown a little add in corn, black beans and tomatos. Add in Cayenne pepper(optional) and Cilantro. Turn heat down to Low/Med put a lid on and let simmer for 15 minutes. Take off heat and serve on potatoes, eat on its own, or chill and eat with chips.
