How Do I Make Little Wholemeal Bread Cakes?

Here is how you make Little Wholemeal Bread Cakes:

Put the dry ingredients into the food processor's mixing bowl. Keeping the salt sugar and yeast in separate piles not touching each other. Make a well in the middle of the flour. Pour in the Good Oil (Olive Oil will do) and then a little of the warm water. Put the dough hook into the food processor and set it working until on the slowest speed. Slowly add the rest of the water. Once it is all mixed and not likely to throw flour and water around the kitchen, turn up the speed one or two clicks. Leave it to kneed for about five minutes. The dough should be sticking to the hook and coming away clean from the sides of the bowl. If it is sticking to the bowl dust in a little more flour to release it.Take out the dough. On a floured surface and with floured hands kneed the dough a moment or two and shape it all into a long sausage shape. Straighten the ends to make a cylinder. With a knife cut the dough into two halves. Then cut each half into two more halves making four. Then cut these four into eight equal pieces and then cut again to make 16 pieces of dough. Make each piece into a round ball and flour them. Place them on a sheet of bakoglide (Teflon Coated non-stick sheeting) on a baking tray. Leave them to rise away from cold draughts covered with a dry and clean Tea Towel until they have doubled in size (1-2 hours).Place the whole lot on the floor of the hottest oven you can manage and bake for about 15 minutes. They should sound hollow when you tap the undersides.
