How Do I Make Primal Bread, Flat - Garlic (made with Brazil Nut Flour)?

Here is how you make Primal Bread, Flat - Garlic (made with Brazil Nut Flour):

Preheat oven to 350F.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or I use a 16 ?? x 12? Jelly Roll Pan with a 16 ?? x 11 5/8? Silpat Liner. I prefer the Silpat liner because it doesn?t ripple like the parchment will tend to do from the moisture in the batter. Set aside.Combine all of the ingredients in a medium size bowl. Pour batter onto parchment and spread to even out. If you?re using the silpat liner pan, spread the batter all the way out to the edges of the pan, all the way around. Don?t worry if it seems thin, mine is usually about 1/8 of an inch thick.Bake for about 5 minutes and using a fork, poke holes in the bread to keep it from bubbling up. Bake for an additional 10 minutes and check. When the edges are starting to brown and the center feels firm to the touch, it's done.NOTE:If you plan on making a GRILLED sandwich with the garlic bread, or if you?re not eating it right away, I recommend only baking the bread for about 15 minutes or just until it?s set because you'll do additional baking when you make the sandwich or reheat it later. This will help the bread to not dry out too much.Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. If you?ve used the silpat liner, run a plastic knife (so you don?t cut your pan) around the edge of the pan to free the bread. Place a large cutting board over the pan and flip it so the bread is now resting on the cutting board. Remove the pan and the silpat liner. If the bread seeped under the silpat liner at all, gently slide the liner out from under these areas. You can cut the bread into whatever size you want. I mark my bread off into 12 equal pieces and then slice it with a pizza cutter. You should get 12 pieces of bread that are about 3 ?? x 4? each. I use this bread mainly for sandwiches so this is the perfect size for me.Freezing Instructions:I wrap this bread in plastic wrap, 2 pieces per wrap and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Great way to always have bread on hand for sandwiches.Makes 12 Servings, 1 slice per serving
